Mike has practiced law in Mauldin, South Carolina for over 35 years. He graduated from Clemson University in 1972 and received his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1982. Upon graduating from the University of South Carolina, Mike formed his own practice in Mauldin, where he continues today. He provides a wealth of experience to Gainey & Gainey, having represented clients in diverse areas of law from real estate, business, and probate to family law, litigation, and appellate practice. Mike has represented clients before various courts across the state, from local courts to the U.S. District Court and South Carolina Supreme Court.
Jason graduated from Clemson University with a B.A. in Political Science in 2007 and received his J.D. from Charleston School of Law in 2010. After graduating from Charleston Law, Jason joined Mike to form Gainey & Gainey.
Sharon is responsible for office operations and paralegal activities. She has over 20 years of mortgage banking and customer service experience. She has been with Gainey & Gainey since 2019. Sharon graduated with honors from Southern Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business.
Originally from West Virginia, Sharon has made her home in the Upstate for over 25
years. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, including her dogs Batman, Robin and Lazerbeam.
